2006 Duck Duck Goose Shiraz

The Fine Red Wine is made up of Shiraz and Cabernet. The wine is selected from vineyards in all three appellations. It is fermented for 7 days on the skins in open fermenters and oak aged in French and American Hogs Head having 10% being new for 18 months. A beautifully balanced blend of two classic grapes, intense varietal fruit with plenty of body showing a nice balance of sweet oak and fine tannins.
